About the Entrepreneur Summit
Australia and South Asia have been experiencing a digital boom in major sectors like education, health, technology, and well-being. This has given rise to investment opportunities, which have eventually led to the economic transformation and growth of these nations. Digitalisation has proved in worth, but still, there is an enormous part of the economy untapped. Clearly, there is a lot to play for digital transformation with almost 25% population residing in South Asia. The South Asian community in Australia has grown significantly over the past 20 years. However, there is a lack of recognition and support for emerging and existing businesses here. As community members, we have identified an opportunity to overcome this gap and develop an entrepreneurial eco-system that will helps businesses to collaborate within the community and mainstream of Australians. To increase the networking, we are inviting thought leaders, decisions makers and global industries who are willing to collaborate on an international and executive level, to energise individuals, small start-ups, and prospective entrepreneurs, to make a difference in the businesses developed by fostering multi-modal approaches to enhance the prosperity of community which further embraces the innovations of emerging ecological technologies.

Dr. Kamal Mahmud is an educational innovator with over 25 years’ experience. As a high-energy leader with distinctive people skills, Dr. Mahmud rely on his ability and extensive knowledge in the Education industry to provide sustainable and outstanding solutions to his clients. Dr. Mahmud is a versatile, pro-active, confident communicator with highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills encompassing marketing, sales management, operation efficiency and corporate planning. With a PhD, an MBA and formal education in both business and leadership, he takes great satisfaction from working with others to create innovative solutions that delight his clients. As a community business and educational developer Dr. Mahmud co-founded the Australian Centre for Sustainable development Research & Innovation (ACSDRI) and South Asian Institute for Sustainable Development (SAISD). Dr. Mahmud has an inherent ability to translate often complicated business matters into meaningful and relevant language for clients to grasp. Dr Mahmud drives social and economic business change in the workplace.
Psychologist (Experiential), Modeller, Researcher, Philosopher, Visionary, and International Trainer has over 30 years of experience in exploring human excellence and creative models designed to enable people to get within their own remote mindset and remodelling their intentions towards creative success. Milan has worked with over 3o thousand clients directly.
Milan now supports and coordinates exclusive self-leadership and high-performance mentoring…how to break through barriers to reach your optimal level, whether that is personal, business, career, optimal performance or transformational change. Milan has mentored clients for Olympic sports, trained internationally, assisted Local Councils in Management and Organisational Change, and NBN guest speaker for Mindfulness within the Workplace and Organisational wellbeing.
Milan is highly engaged in training design (multi-model design and learning), working with people who want to reach a state of high personal achievement by creating successful attitudes, and prosperity in one’s own life and community.
Syed is a speaker, interviewer, channel/ Video Broadcaster, and Community Philanthropist. Syed played a big role in bringing together a community sporting team and founded the Victorian Bangladeshi Sports Club (VBSC). He is also one of the founding executive members of the Victorian Bangladeshi Community Foundation (VBCF) in Australia.
Syed is currently serving as the Vice President of VBCF. Syed is also currently involved in supporting and networking with community leaders within NDIS and through UMA TV (a local broadcaster of Facebook Page), as one of the founders as well as through his YouTube video channel ” One Message to Millions of people.”.
